Darlene gives you great tips in her book "Gardening for Stress Relief". I know when I'm in my garden digging in the dirt and planting veggies or a nice colorful plot of flowers, the stress of my day just seems to fade away....I even talk to my plants but never put the two and two together until now. I total must read for all!

First of all, I am not a gardener in any sense of the word. I don't like doing outdoor activities such as that. However, I really enjoyed this book and the many practical suggestions the author shared. It got me thinking about seriously considering an herb garden. That has been something I have wanted to do. And my daughter would love creating and maintaining a garden. Therefore, perhaps the time has come.
